Game of Crones: Exploring the Choi-Gate Saga

Like pretty much everyone in Korea these days, I’ve become enthralled by the Choi-Gate saga. From its beginnings in the 70s with  the assassinations of Park Geun-hye’s parents and the introduction into her life of a cult leader to the million-strong protest rally held in Seoul the night of November 12, it’s a saga as worthy of eight seasons of TV as George R. R. Martin’s Game of Thrones.

To prove the above, here is a growing and evolving collection of English language articles that explores the history of the saga through its many branches, heroes, horses, crazed earth moving equipment drivers, victims, and villains.
