March 2015 Fitness Diary!

Sunday, March 1: March’s fitness campaign began right on time with a decent workout possibly worthy of Arnold himself: back, lats, biceps, forearms, lower back, hamstrings, and calves.

Tuesday, March 3: Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and a little calves after my evening lesson.

Wednesday, March 4: Just a twenty-minute rather wimpish thigh workout.

Friday, March 6: Back cardioing for the first time in a while!

Saturday, March 7: A solid weights session in the late afternoon: back, lats, biceps, lower back, forearms, and calves.

Sunday, March 8: A cardio session that was slightly hindered by more yellow dust and pollutants:

Monday, March 9: Just legs and a whole lot of yellow dust wheezing.

Wednesday, March 11: Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, calves, and forearms.

Thursday, March 12: A late night cardio workout after my evening class and after a detour to Itewon to stock up on chocolate-flavoured yummy protein. Yum!

Friday, March 13: Back, lats, biceps, calves, sides, abs, and lower back.  A nice healthty start to what will hopefully be a nice healthy weekend.

Saturday, March 14: Cardio. Just cardio:

Sunday, March 15: Legs. Just legs.

Monday, March 16: Massive late-night chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and forearms workout. I can hardly climb into bed…

Wednesday, March 18: Just a late night (10 pmish) cardio session:

Thursday, March 19: Forearms, abs, lower abs, sides,  calves, plus a  cardio session to finish:

Friday, March 20: Just legs sans calves. I wasn’t due for a legs workout, but the urge to do leg extensions overtook me, and since they’re my weakest body part (I’m cursed with skinny legs), I didn’t resist.

Saturday, March 21: This is officially my first post since moving my blog to WordPress. Today, after the TNKR matching session, I popped into my gym for a quick yet solid lats, back, and biceps workout.

Sunday, March 22: 30 treadmill minutes while listening to John Williams very first Star Wars score:

Monday, March 23: A late night chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and calves workout after a long day.

Tuesday, March 24: A cardio session just before closing time. Bear McCreary’s Battlestar Galactica Season 4 music kept me company and focused:

Thursday, March 26: Just cardio today in the early afternoon after yesterday’s sinful gymless day:

Friday, March 27: A solid weights session straight after my first lesson with Sharon from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea: back, lats, biceps, forearms, and calves. For some inexplicable reason, I wasn’t sore the next day.

Saturday, March 28: An evening workout after a nice nap in my office listening to sweet piano music by John Williams, Bear McCreary, Basil Poledouris, Alexandre Desplat, and James Horner. Back to my exercise: abs, sides, lower abs, lower back, thighs, hamstrings, calves, and a 13-minute steep cardio session:

Tuesday, March 31: I ended the month with an intense chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout. I was inspired by this Arnold video. Did he really say he used to do 30-35 sets?
