November 2013 Fitness Diary!

Friday, November 1: The month started with a very short and unintense session that involved nothing but shrugs and bicep curls at home. A cold is well and truely on its way, and I’ve got a busy month ahead of me at work.

Tuesday, November 5: Back in the gym for a chest, shoulders, triceps, and calves workout.

Thursday, November 7: A short workout: back, biceps, lats, traps, lower back, and calves.

Tuesday, November 12: It’s the 12th of the month already, and I’ve yet to do any cardio@ I corrected that today with a seven-minute sprint and a chest, shoulders, triceps, legs (light), and calves workout, which I sorely needed:

Friday, November 15: My usual back, biceps, traps, lats, lower back, and calves workout in the evening before Korean class.

Sunday, November 17: To the Hamilton Hotel for a chest, shoulders, triceps, sides, abs, and lower back workout.

Monday, November 18: A short evening sprint just as my Korean class was starting:

Thursday, November 21: Three kilometers in under 15 minutes and a back, lats, traps, biceps, calves, sides, lower back workout followed by enough skipping to make me feel ill:

Monday, November 25: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a quicke sprint:

Tuesday, November 26: An uphill treadmill trek with a little uphill jogging to get the heart rate up. Mission accomplished:

Wednesday, November 27: Legs, sides, and a 1.18 kilometre sprint:

Thursday, November 28: The month ended with a back workout: back, lats, traps, biceps, and lower back.
Friday, November 29: November’s exercise campaign ended with a treadmill session ahead of a Thanksgiving party full of too much food and sangria:

Well, November didn’t turn out to be such a bad fitness month after all. Still, I’m looking ahead to some more free time and exercise time in December…
