October 2014 Fitness Diary!

Wednesday, October 1: October began with my first legs and core workout in almost three weeks. Due to cultic events beyond control, I almost got out of the habit of exercising. Now that a new month has begun, I’m extra super dedicated to getting back on track!

Thursday, October 2: Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and an 11-kilometer sprint session on one of my trusty seated bike machine thingies:

Saturday, October 4: My typical back workout: back, biceps, lats, and lower back.

Sunday, October 5: An afternoon cardio workout at the Hamilton Hotel:

Monday, October 6: Legs day!

Tuesday, October 7: Chest, shoulders, and triceps. I just can’t be bothered writing more.

Wednesday, October 8: Cardio on the only machine in my gym with a working incline. Unfortunately the machine is often broken, but today it was working fine:

Saturday, October 11: Back exercising after a couple of days off: back, biceps, lats, sides, and abs.

Tuesday, October 14: Chest, shoulders, triceps, lower back, and traps.

Saturday, October 18: Two types of cardio: seated exercise bike thing followed by a short sharp 400 meter sprint cut short by a slight calf twinge. I ended with some weights: lats, back, and biceps.

Tuesday, October 21: Chest, shoulders, triceps, lats, lower back and calves. And wow, cat allergies are really killing me this week. I’m looking after two little biological weapons at present, but don’t let their cuteness fool you. Looking after them is like looking after a pair of hyperactive leaking mustard gas canisters.

Saturday, October 25: Back, biceps, lats, traps, lower back, sides, and abs, and that was my longest weights session in quite a while.

Tuesday, October 28: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps to finish a pretty lackluster month.
