While vacationing on Thailand's Koh Chang island in early August, I took a few days off from lazying around the beach and ventured off in a boat to earn my PADI Open Water certification. Just the kind of thing my new GoPro camera was designed for:

In April of 1998, I traveled to Africa for a three-month long African safari - operated by Bukima Adventure Tours - with my friend John Douglas. I have done quite a lot of traveling, but nothing compares to my experiences in Africa. Here is a short montage featuring some of my favorite photos from that trip.

On August 5, 2009, I took a long overdue trip to the U.S. to visit my brother John and spend time with his wonderful family. My mother made the trip over from Australia the same day resulting in a mini family reunion in Washington D.C.

The weekend my nephews visited from Australia was simply wonderful. I've stayed at my sister Liz's place in Sydney on countless occasions over the year, and now I finally had the chance to reciprocate and play the host to Liz, Chris, Tae, and Seong. And what great guests they were and what fun we had!

The Chuseok holiday in 2008 was a very memorable and happy day as myself and several GMBA classmates headed to Uband Toweland for several hours of pure fun. Thank you Seon for organising the day and inviting me. It was one of my most enjoyable days in Korea.
