My back was the sorest it&#8217;s been in a long time due to a wider variety of pulling exercises at various angles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 7:<\/strong> Triceps, shoulders, and chest &#8211; a reversal of my normal order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 8: <\/strong>A quick 20-minute legs workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 9:<\/strong> A 5-minute workout: lats, back, biceps, forearms, traps, sides, and lower back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 14:<\/strong> Back in the gym after too long a break with a short and sharp chest, shoulders, and triceps workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 16:<\/strong> Just a quick 28-minute legs workout, but it was a pretty intense.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 19:<\/strong> Back in the gym in the evening: lats, back, biceps, and forearms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, April 20:<\/strong> Thirty-four minutes of legs, sides, and lower back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 22:<\/strong> Just a quick gym session: chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, April 24: <\/strong>A thirty-minute weights session: lats, back, biceps, and forearms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 26:<\/strong> Legs, legs, and legs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 28:<\/strong> A short but sharp chest, shoulders. and triceps workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 30: <\/strong>Lats, back, and traps. I gave my biceps a rest because of a niggling ache in my right bicep.
