These are busy busy days!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, May 6:<\/strong> Gym again: back, lats, traps, shoulders, and a little biceps although I still have a lingering ache in my left elbow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, May 8:<\/strong> Just a quick legs workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, May 9:<\/strong> It&#8217;s been a while since I&#8217;ve done push-ups at home, so I did a set of 48.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, May 11: <\/strong>A quick 25-minute workout: chest, shoulders, traps, triceps, and a little lower back work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, May 21:<\/strong> Back in the gym after a long break due to being busy and some niggling aches and pains. Hence, the workout was pretty light: lats, back, and traps, and my first treadmill session in a very long time &#8211; November 21 last year to be exact and precise!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2021\/001.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, May 22:<\/strong> A legs workout was followed by another albeit briefer treadmill session. I think I&#8217;m over my mask\/treadmill phobia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2021\/002.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"409\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, May 24:\u00a0<\/strong>Chest, traps, shoulders, shoulders,\u00a0 some side extensions, one set of lower back extensions, and another five minutes on a treadmill with some steep inclined walking and a little running at the end.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2021\/003.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"413\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, May 26:<\/strong> Another treadmill session (17 minutes) as I get used to treadmilling with a mask. I also did some calf raises, and then I ran out of time.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2021\/004.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And that was it for the month due to a heavy work load &#8230; at work.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monay, May 3: A legs session started the month of May.
