And with that, my winter vacation ended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, March 2:<\/strong> First gym session of the month and lots of walking as the spring 2022 semester began: back, lats, traps, biceps, forearms, leg extensions, and weightless squats. Hamstrings were skipped because the machine seemed to be always in use. The walking aspect consisted of 20,514 steps\/12.9 km<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, March 3:<\/strong> Another gym session: chest, shoulders, triceps, sides, lower back, calves, leg extensions and presses. I skipped hamstrings again because the machine was very popular while I was there again. Only 6,073 steps\/3.92 km today as I really had to focus on work and teach three classes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, March 4:<\/strong> More walking: 24,161 steps\/16.4 km<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, March 5: <\/strong>A 35-minute gym workout: back, lats, traps, biceps, forearms, sides, lower back, leg presses, weightless squats, and hamstring curls. And my walking totals fot the day were: 14,312 steps\/9.81 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, March 6:<\/strong> A focused 30-minute gym session: shoulders, triceps, chest, traps, sides, lower back, calves, and leg extensions. And I walked<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, March 7:<\/strong> Just some walking: 12,425 steps\/7.97 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, March 8:<\/strong> More walking: 16,967 steps\/11.2 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, March 9:<\/strong> Back in the gym for a 40-minute session: back, lats, traps, biceps, lower back, sides, calves, leg presses, leg extensions, and hamstring curls. And I walked 11,788 steps\/8.1 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, March 10:<\/strong> For the first time in a while, I walked less than 10,000 steps and that was because of the return to campus after two years of online lessons: 9,280 steps\/6.24 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, March 11:<\/strong> Weights and a little walking: shoulders, triceps, traps, chest, sides, lower back, and calves. The walking totals for the day: 9,903 steps\/6.59 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, March 12:<\/strong> More walking instead of a gym session, some of that walking was in the rain: 17,162 steps\/11.8 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, March 13:<\/strong> Like yesterday, but fewer steps: 10,968 steps\/7.46 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, March 14:<\/strong> Weights after class: Back, lats, biceps, sides, lower back, forearms, sides, lower back, and legs!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, March 15:<\/strong> Some walking despite a busy day teaching: 15,380 steps\/10.8 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, March 16:<\/strong> A weights session between my afternoon and night classes: shoulders, triceps, shoulders, calves, traps, sides, and lower back. I also walked 10,059 steps\/6.94 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, March 17:\u00a0<\/strong> Just walking on my busiest day of the week: 13,196 steps\/9.25 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, March 19:<\/strong> After a day of inactivity, I made up for it somewhat by walkin 24,340 steps\/`6.7 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, March 20:<\/strong> I walked 11,588 steps\/7.96 km plus a 40-minute gym session: sides, lower back, calves, lats, back, biceps, leg presses, leg extensions, weightless squats, hamstring curls, and forearms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, March 21:<\/strong> Just a quick workout before class: chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, March 22:<\/strong> Just some walking: 11,519 steps\/7.81 km<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, March 25:<\/strong> A weights session: back, lats, traps, biceps, forearms, lowerback, calf raises, leg extensions, leg presses, some weightless squats, and hamstring curls. And I walked 12, 412 steps\/8.66 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, March 26: <\/strong>A nice long evening walk listening to the Mistborn 3 audiobook: 16,626 steps\/10.5 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, March 27:<\/strong> A pretty intense gym session and some more walking: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, sides, lower back, calves, hamstrings, leg extensions, leg presses, some weightless squats, and a little lats. The walking totals for the day: 11, 532 steps\/8.2 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, March 28:<\/strong> More walking: 19,014 steps\/12.4 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, March 29:<\/strong> Yet more walking: 17,093\/11.7 km.
