I also walked 13,313 steps\/9.25 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, April 3:<\/strong> More walking instead of a gym session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 4: <\/strong>I surpassed my daily goal of 10,000 steps: 13,592 steps\/9.29 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 6:<\/strong> A rare morning workout happened. Just a quick one at twenty minutes: chest, shoulders, and triceps. And I&#8217;ll aim for the same tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 7:<\/strong> Some walking on my busy Thursday: 12,018 steps\/8.22 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 8:<\/strong> More walking: 17,626 steps\/11.9 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, April 9:<\/strong> Back in the gym: calves, lats, backs, biceps, and forearms. I also walked 11,296 steps\/7.49 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, April 10:<\/strong> Just walking: 14,569 steps\/10.6 km.\u00a0 Plus &#8211; I almost forgot: some core and abs work at home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 11:<\/strong> A short workout: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and leg extensions. And, I walked 14,035 steps\/10.8 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday April 12:<\/strong> Walking and walking: 13,144 steps\/9.65 steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 13:<\/strong> Walking at an occassional slightly faster pace: 13,298 steps\/10 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 14: <\/strong>I managed to exceed 10,000 steps despite my three classes: 13,628 steps\/10.3 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 15:<\/strong> A short and sharp gym session &#8211; barely 15 minutes: back, lats, biceps, calves, leg extensions, and hamstring curls. I also walked a whopping 16,990 steps\/13.2 km, and some of those steps were actually jogged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, April 16: <\/strong>Another short gum session: chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps. A little less walking and jogging: 8,823 steps\/6.98 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, April 17:<\/strong> Walking and a little jogging: 13,309 steps\/10.3 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 18:<\/strong> More walking and jogging: 10,714 steps\/7.62 steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, April 19:<\/strong> Like yesterday: 11,565 steps\/9.67 steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 20:<\/strong> Another short gym session: weightless squats, hamstring curls, back, lats, biceps, lower back, sides, and calves. Plus some walking and a little jogging: 14,513 steps\/11.2 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 21:<\/strong> More walking and a little jogging: 9,883 steps\/7.28 steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 22: <\/strong>Just some walking and jogging: 12,160 steps\/9.63 km I also completed a set of push-ups at home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, April 23:\u00a0 <\/strong>Another set of pushups was completed every early and a rare early gym session followed: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and calves. That was followed by an even rarer 10-minute out-door jog and more walking: 18,577 steps\/13.9 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, April 24: <\/strong>Some more walking and a little jogging: 16,438 steps\/13 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 25:<\/strong> Some more walking and a little jogging: 19,352 steps\/14.7 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, April 26: <\/strong>Some more walking and a little jogging: 17,876 steps\/13.3 km.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 27:<\/strong> Lots of calories burned today, and my new tub of delicious white chocolate protein powder arrived. Totals steps for the day: 20,846\/ 15.3 km, and I made it to the gym between my afternoon and evening classes: lats, back, biceps, traps, calves, some weightless squats, and hamstrings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 28:<\/strong> More walking with a little jogging at time: 12,501 steps\/9.18.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 29:<\/strong> A brief gym session: sides, lower back, calves, leg presses, and hamstring curls.
