Soon after, a wide student gifted me a mandarine.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-02%2011.41.47_zpsdmpe526f.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"414\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-02%2014.30.27_zpsr8nkgr9x.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"346\" height=\"440\" \/>And then things got crazy with free faculty meeting food which consisted of a yummy cheese bagel thing and two pieces of nice cold pizza. In my defense, I then walked home and promised no more food today. And that&#8217;s a promise I&#8217;ve so far (10 pm) kept.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-02%2016.31.39_zpskdovyorj.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-02%2017.08.56_zpskxoilprq.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"284\" height=\"313\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 2 Day 2: Thursday, December 3. <\/strong>Two Weetbix (instead of three), one banana (instead of zero), and my now reliable and regular cup of morning coffee<strong>:<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-03%2006.36.17_zpsxlmqqkjh.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"438\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A free office coffee because it&#8217;s snowing outside and I walked to work. It wasn&#8217;t as big as it looks:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-11-30%2011.15.54_zpscngywmyn.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"444\" height=\"471\" \/><\/p>\n<p>More healthy food to hopefully take me through till after I finish work at 4:15:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-03%2008.36.52_zpspqabodjk.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another salad a little later followed by a necessary vanilla latte on account of the snow. Confession: I forgot to take a photo of my latte. I looked just like a regular latte.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-03%2015.01.48_zpsmql41xoz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"392\" height=\"290\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dinner, after a huge weights session consisted of half a portion of pepper chicken, vegies, and rice plus a protein shake. I hate the remaining half portion a couple of hours later after trying very hard to save it for tomorrow.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-03%2018.57.15_zpsqv77nyti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"398\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 2 Day 3: Friday, December 4: <\/strong>Two Weetbix sans banana because it wasn&#8217;t ripe enough plus my regular and reliable morning coffee:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-04%2007.09.02_zpskvcrt1n7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"297\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A deserved black tea latte and some water while I did some work after walking to work:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-04%2008.51.00_zps97it9an7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"439\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I then bought yesterday&#8217;s healthy combo to take me through to the afternoon:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-03%2008.36.52_zpspqabodjk.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Salad number 2:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-04%2010.43.11_zpsrm6uehsi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"393\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And a free coffee because the price was right:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" the same as yesterday&#8217;s:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" Saturday, December 5. <\/strong>A banana\/Weetbix breakfast with my reliable cow coffee:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-05%2007.13.53_zpsbsycz7vt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"395\" height=\"242\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A banana mocha while reading some juicy Stephen King on my Kindle maintained the\u00a0banana theme begun\u00a0at breakfast:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-05%2009.27.19_zpshqp0kq5u.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"248\" height=\"238\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A half dozen mandu set was next with a coffee milk I just had to have:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A salad sandwich that utilized half a chicken almond salad plus some drinking yogurt were consumed after a 45-minute cardio session:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" (correction, down), a free dinner on account of my guitar playing skills:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" Sunday, December 6.\u00a0<\/strong>Another banana\/Weetbix breakfast with my reliable cow coffee:<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-05%2007.13.53_zpsbsycz7vt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"395\" height=\"242\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another salad sandwich all wrapped up waiting to be secretly consumed at Starbucks:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-06%2009.05.58_zpskxdegkwz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"409\" height=\"286\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then some yummy baked beans alt=\"\" width=\"322\" height=\"313\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A Honey Milk gave me the energy I needed to walk to my office:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-06%2014.32.00_zpsdmuaah7a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"257\" height=\"287\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another salad later in the afternoon and then a naughty American Milky Way bar which is oddly what we call Mars Bars in Australia. Australian Milky Ways are more like American Three Musketeers. Just a couple of life&#8217;s little mysteries.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-06%2016.32.55_zpsnkcqgppi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Food%20Diary\/2015-12-06%2017.28.22_zps03texn4c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"432\" height=\"156\" \/>A pretty decent workout followed in my local gym. I capped the day with a chocolate protein shake with a dash of coffee for some extra flavour and caffeine. I walked home to make up for those last two indiscretions, but was that enough? On the other hand, I have been going to the gym less frequently.
