Just some walking: <strong>14,039 steps\/10.4 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, February 2:<\/strong> More walking, mostly in the evening after my long stretch of winter classes and work came to an end: <strong>10,898 steps\/7.82 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, February 3: <\/strong>A lot of walking instead of a gym session:<strong> 21,427 steps\/15 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, February 4:<\/strong> My first gym session of the month was a litte overdue: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">chest, forearms, sides, lower back, calves, and thighs (1).<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> And a little walking as usual: <\/span>11,293<strong> steps\/8.29 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, February 5:<\/strong> Pretty lazy day with less walking than usual:<strong> 8,710 steps\/6.3 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, February 6:<\/strong> Back in the gym: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>hamstrings, inner thighs, abs, outer delts, triceps, biceps, and traps (2).<\/strong> <\/span>And a little walking: <strong>12,506 steps\/8.8 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, February 7: <\/strong>A lot of walking today as I got out of Seoul and explored part of Sejong city for the first time ever:<strong> 24,537 steps\/18 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, February 8: A solid workout: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">back, lats, thighs, glutes, calves, lower back, and a couple of sets of bicep curls (3).\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Less walking as I also had to do several hours of interviews: <strong>5,940 steps\/4.06 km.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, February 9:<\/strong> A quick gym session as the gym&#8217;s clothing and towels weren&#8217;t available because of the upcoming lunar new year. Why, I don&#8217;t know: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>shoulders, traps, and forearms (4). <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">My steps for the day: <strong>9.135\/6.36 km.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, February 10: <\/strong>Just a lot of walking\u00a0 in Incheon for a change\u00a0as my gym was closed today: <strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">22,730 steps\/17.3 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, February 11:\u00a0<\/strong> Back in the gym for a pretty good session that left me feeling pretty spent: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>chest, sides, leg extensions, calves, traps, forearms, and shoulders (5).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, February 12:<\/strong> No gym today, but the most amount of walking I&#8217;ve done in a single day since perhaps my climbing of Halla Mountain with Su-bin in the summer of 2020: <strong>36,465 steps\/27.8 km<\/strong>, with many of those steps accompanied by the rivetting audiobook version of <em>The Demon in White<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, February 13: <\/strong>Another gym session: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>hamstrings, inner thighs, triceps, biceps, abs, outer delts, traps, and calves (6).\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> And my steps for the day:<strong> 12,042\/8.75 km.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, February 14:<\/strong> Another gym session and quite a lot of walking: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>thighs, glutes, hamstrings, back, lats, lower back, calves, and outer delts (7).<\/strong><\/span> And my steps for the day: <strong>25,191\/19 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, February 15: <\/strong>I did some <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>shoulder exercises<\/strong><\/span> at home before doing more in the gym along with <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>chest, traps, calves, and forearms (8). <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">And my steps for the day: <strong>10,674\/7.67 km.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, February 16:<\/strong> I started teh day with some <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>lower back extensions<\/strong><\/span> after watching a few related YouTube videos. Then quite a lot of walking again: <strong>20,708 steps\/15.6 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, February 17:<\/strong> A productive\u00a0 early afternoon gym session: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>hamstrings, inner thighs, calves, sides, traps, biceps, and triceps (9).<\/strong> <\/span>And my steps for the day: <strong>10,218\/7.44 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, February 18: <\/strong>Just some walking as I decided on a day off from the gym to give my muscles, especially my arms, time to recover. My steps for the day: <strong>12,346\/9.21 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, February 19: <\/strong>Back in my gym for another workout I was proud of: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">leg extensions, glute things, leg presses, calves, back, lats, and lower back (10).\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">And more walking as usual: <strong>17,580 steps\/13 km.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, February 20: <\/strong>Another gym session and it&#8217;s nice to know that my gym isn&#8217;t too busy at around 6 pm on a weeknight: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">hamstrings, inner thighs, front and outer delts, abs, and forearms (11).<\/span> <\/strong>And my steps for the day: <strong>9,260\/6.71 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, February 21: <\/strong>A rest day mostly on account of a snow fall with just a little walking: <strong>4,525 steps\/3.26 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, February 22:<\/strong> I returned to my favorite gym after a late lunch:<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> leg extensions, leg presses, glutes, calves, traps, forearms, outer delts, sides, and lower back (12).<\/strong> <\/span>And my steps for the day: <strong>13,326\/9.8 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, February 23: Another weights session: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">hamstrings, inner thighs, chest, and front delts (13).<\/span> <\/strong>And my steps for the day: <strong>10,838\/7.8 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, February 24: <\/strong>A break from the gym and just some walking as I listened to the audiobook <strong><em>A<\/em><\/strong> <em><strong>Hole in the Sky<\/strong> <\/em>by Peter F. Hamilton:<strong> 21,897 steps\/15.7 km<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, February 25: <\/strong>Back in the gym on what is essentially the last Sunday of the winter vacation:<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> leg extensions, leg presses, glute things, triceps, biceps, and forearms (14).<\/strong><\/span> And my steps for the day: <strong>13,103\/9.89 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, February 26<\/strong>: Another weights session in the late afternoon. I didn&#8217;t feel like exercising, but once I was there, I was soon in the mood: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>hamstrings, inner thighs, back, lats, and rear delts (15). <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">And my steps for the day: <strong>14,661\/10.7 km.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, February 27:<\/strong> As I type this on Monday night, my gym plan is chest, shoulders, sides, and abs. Perhaps thighs too. We will see. That workout did happen, and it was later than usual &#8211; starting after 9 PM: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">chest, front and side delts, abs, and calves (16).<\/span><\/strong> And my steps for the day: <strong>20,064\/14.5 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, February 28:\u00a0<\/strong>Another gym session:<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> leg extensions, hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs, forearms, sides, and lower back (17).<\/strong><\/span> And my steps for the day: <strong>10,991 steps\/8.07 km<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, February 29: <\/strong>I skipped the gym on the last day of the month. Just some of my usual walking: <strong>14,940 steps\/10.9 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>__________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weights Sessions:\u00a0 17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cardio Sessions (StairMaster\/Treadmill): <\/strong>Zero!
