Six steep kilometres in total:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111004.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday. October 5:<\/strong> I felt a sore throat coming in the afternoon, but I felt well enough to go to the gym straight after work for a short, sharp chest, shoulders, and triceps workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, October 9:<\/strong> Back exercising after field\u00a0trip for internationsl students and my\u00a0recent sore throat. A very nice relaxing\u00a0non-stop 1.5 kilometre swim with my trusty\u00a0but not-at-all-rusty SwiMP3 player:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111009.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, October 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111010.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, October 11:<\/strong> A short 25-minute workout after work before returning to work for some unexpected overtime No cardio today, just weights: chest, shoulders, and triceps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, October 12:<\/strong> Another short workout and the beginnings of another sore throat so nothing too heavy today, just a core (abs, sides, and lower back) workout with a couple of sets of calf raises at the end.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, October 15:<\/strong> I&#8217;m not sure if this counts, but I walked for about 2.5 hours after leaving the Asia Song Festival a little early.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, October 16:<\/strong> Back in the pool for my weekly swim. 1,300 meters in total\u00a0which is a\u00a0little less than previous weeks, but that&#8217;s OK considering I&#8217;m a year older than I was last week. And then also some walking in the evening. About 90 minutes worth.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111016.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, October 17:<\/strong> A quick back workout before Korean class.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Tuesday, October 18:<\/strong> Five kilometres on the treadmill and a few brief sets of calf raises.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111018.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, October 20:<\/strong> Another 5 kilometres on the treadmill:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111020.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, October 21:<\/strong> I walked to the East Gate in the morning to fetch my bicycle if that counts as exercise. And then after work I visited the gym for a quick twenty-minute chest, shoulders, and triceps workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, October 22:<\/strong> 35 minutes on an exercise bike early in the morning\u00a0at the Keimyung College gym.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111022.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, October 25:<\/strong> A short weights session immediately after work: back, lats, biceps, traps, and abs.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Wednesday, October 26:<\/strong> Another short workout between work and the Jazz Big Band Volcano concert at the Keimyung Art Centre which was amazing! Chest, shoulders, triceps, forearms, lowerback, sides, and abs.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Thursday, October 27:<\/strong> Back on the treadmill for a steep and sweaty 5 kilometres:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202011\/20111027.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, October 29:<\/strong> A lot of walking in Seoul if that counts.
