Just cardio, but I promised myself a weights session tomorrow:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/04\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"420\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 8: <\/strong>I was happy with today&#8217;s workout! Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, calves, sides, lower back, abs, and 12 treadmill minutes:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/04\/04.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 11: \u00a0<\/strong>Just a short 6 minute and a bit run as I arrived at the gym just before closing:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/04\/05.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"415\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, April 13: <\/strong>The perfect workout! A weights session, a reading session, and a cardio session: thighs, hamstrings, calves, inner thighs, abs, sides, lower back, forearms, and a 21-minute cardio session:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/04\/06.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 14: <\/strong>Just a very meat and potatoes chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 15: <\/strong>A 23.5-minute cardio session listening to Williams&#8217; <em>The Force Awakens<\/em> score (again):<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/04\/07.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"497\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 18:<\/strong> Long over-due back weights session: back, biceps, lats, calves, and some abs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, April 22:<\/strong> I can&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s been a week since my last cardio effort, but my photos never lie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/04\/08.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, April 28: <\/strong>Another cardio session after another long unscheduled absence.
