Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, forearms, thighs, hamstrings, calves, and core! I needed that. It&#8217;s been too long (again) since I&#8217;ve felt that sweet tiredness from lifting weights. It took place too soon after dinner for a core working; instead, I exercised my lats, back, biceps, thighs, hamstrings, calves, and forearms.<\/p>\n<p>Considering I spent an exerciseless week at a conference and considering Korea is in the middle of a heatwave, I think I did pretty well.
