I&#8217;m so glad I joined this gym with its longer opening hours!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, Feb. 4:<\/strong> Thighs! Just thighs (after my evening class again). I love working out at night! That&#8217;s the kind of thigh workout I should have been doing since I started this exercise campaign way back in 2008. That cold I felt coming on never eventuated, but I did feel worse on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, Feb. 7:<\/strong> Just a cardio session today, my first since returning to Korea on Sunday:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/02\/01.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"543\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, Feb. 8:<\/strong> Back, lats, biceps, and calves followed by a 40-minute break during which I wrote most of January&#8217;s fitness diary. Then back downstairs to the weights room for more: calves (again), biceps (again), abs, sides, and inner and outer forearms. I really should look up the names of those forearm muscles.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wednesday<\/b><strong>\u00a0Feb. 11:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and cardio:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/02\/02.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"392\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, Feb. 12:<\/strong> Just legs after my evening class: thighs, hamstrings, and calves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, Feb. 15:<\/strong> A solid and slightly overdue back workout: back, lats, and biceps plus a cardio workout while watching the end of Predators on the treadmill&#8217;s super futuristic monitor:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/02\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"422\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, Feb. 16:<\/strong> Tonight I focused on my most neglected muscles: abs, lower abs, lower back, forearms, and calves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, Feb. 17:<\/strong> Just 30 minutes of cardio ahead of my evening class:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/02\/04.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"516\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, Feb. 18: <\/strong>A weights-only session that left me utterly exhausted: chest, shoulders, triceps, &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, Feb. 20: <\/strong>Another weights only session that wore me out: back, biceps, biceps, forearms, calves, and thighs (leg extensions).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Saturday, Feb. 21:<\/strong> No exercise, but I did buy\u00a0my very first\u00a0Mac computer, a brand-spanking \u00a0new and shiny MacBook Air (and a Captain America iPhone charger):<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, Feb. 22:<\/strong> To Itewon&#8217;s Hamilton Hotel for a cardio session because today is the one day of the month (the 4th Sunday) my gym is closed:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, Feb. 23:<\/strong> Back in my regular gym on Monday for a chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, forearms, and calves workout.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/02\/05.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"435\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00a0Unfortunately and regrettably, that was it for the month.
