And let&#8217;s not forget that I strapped 12 kilograms onto my back for the first 15 minutes of that treadmill session:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130504_zps47c40961.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20130504_zps47c40961.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Thursday, May 9:<\/strong> Back exercising after a few days off due to busyness and\u00a0my attendance at a\u00a0rather large two-night cult event^^ I did do a lot of walking at least, mainly due to getting lost while trying to find the venue. Thursday&#8217;s workout consisted of a light chest and shoulders workout followed by\u00a0two sprints. And I noticed today for the first time that my favourite treadmill isn&#8217;t at all accurate at speeds around and above 15 kph.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130509_zps63dd2b88.jpg\" alt=\"May 9 photo 20130509_zps63dd2b88.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<strong>Saturday, May 11:<\/strong> My usual back workout (lats, traps, biceps, lower back, and traps) and a super-fast 1.2-kilometre sprint on the more accurate treadmill:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20130511_zps1e106624.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130511_zps1e106624.jpg\" alt=\"May 11 photo 20130511_zps1e106624.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Sunday, May 12: <\/strong>To the Hamilton Hotel for a chest, shoulders, and triceps workout capped off\u00a0by a steep 2 kilometre treadmill trek:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20130512_zpsd1dc3101.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130512_zpsd1dc3101.jpg\" alt=\"May 12 photo 20130512_zpsd1dc3101.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Monday, May 13:<\/strong> Super legs workout (perhaps my hardest ever!), sides, and a 1.6-kilometre sprint which confirmed that treadmill is not accurate at super-high speeds:<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20130513_zpse170e20c.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130513_zpse170e20c.jpg\" alt=\"May 13 photo 20130513_zpse170e20c.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Wednesday, May 15:<\/strong> An impressive\u00a0afternoon lats, back, biceps, traps, and lower back workout before meeting student tutors at 6:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Thursday, May 16:<\/strong> Abs, calves, and two fast breathtaking sprints (1.5k and 1k):<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130516_zps44f0f455.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, May 18:<\/strong> If memory serves, and I&#8217;m not sure it does, today&#8217;s workout was my normal intense chest, shoulders, and triceps routine.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Sunday, May 19: <\/strong>I didn&#8217;t make it to the gym, but I did wander around Gangnam listening to music (no, not that) for three hours.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, May 20:<\/strong>\u00a0 Weight! Back, biceps, traps, lats, abs, lower back, sides, and calves!<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Tuesday, May 21:<\/strong> A legs workout followed by a steep and consequently slow\u00a02-kilometre treadmill hike:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130521_zps41a50c8d.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>\u00a0Friday, May 24:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, abs, sides, core, and a 1 k sprint!<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20130524_zps49a94c96.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130524_zps49a94c96.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20130524_zps49a94c96.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">And that was it for the month due to a big looming deadline at work that required a lot of procrastination.
