I really am getting stronger and stonger and stronger.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, July 3:<\/strong> Legs and abs today. Lots of sets of leg extensions with little rest between sets. About time I worked my skinny legs harder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, July 4:<\/strong> A lightening fast 2 kilometer spring to mark the 4th of July. Shorter faster cardio workouts are the plan for the immediate future:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130704_zps19cde327.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, July 5:<\/strong> My usual back workout: back, traps, lats, and biceps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, July 8:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a 1.5 kilometre sprint:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130708_zps3f295135.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, July 11:<\/strong> Legs, lower back, sides, and a 1 kilometer sprint on jelly legs:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130711_zpsfa054117.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, July 13:<\/strong> Back, biceps, traps, lats, abs, and 2 sprints (1.2 kilometers and 500 meteres)!
