I made up for it with a record-breaking 10 kilometre run in 58 minutes:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130917_zpsefd97ac2.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, September 20:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, and another 1.2 kilometre sprint:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130920_zpsbd7164f5.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, September 24:<\/strong> Back in Korea and back to the gym for a legs workout followed by a sprint (Oach!):<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20130924_zps10c6f729.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, September 29:<\/strong> Drats, another few days without exercise. How did this semester get so busy? Back, lats, traps, biceps, and another 1.2 kilometer sprint. And drats again, I&#8217;ve put on a few kilograms since I last weighed myself.
