A cold is well and truely on its way, and I&#8217;ve got a busy month ahead of me at work.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, November 5:<\/strong> Back in the gym for a chest, shoulders, triceps, and calves workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, November 7:<\/strong> A short workout: back, biceps, lats, traps, lower back, and calves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, November 12: <\/strong>It&#8217;s the 12th of the month already, and I&#8217;ve yet to do any cardio@ I corrected that\u00a0today with a seven-minute sprint and a chest, shoulders, triceps, legs (light), and calves workout, which I sorely needed:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131112_zps4e748c12.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"middle\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<strong>Friday, November 15: <\/strong>My usual back, biceps, traps, lats, lower back, and calves workout in the evening before Korean class.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Sunday, November 17: <\/strong>To the Hamilton Hotel for a chest, shoulders, triceps, sides, abs, and lower back workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, November 18: <\/strong>A short evening sprint just as my Korean class was starting:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131118_zpsb76eb864.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20131118_zpsb76eb864.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<strong>Thursday, November 21: <\/strong>Three kilometers in under 15 minutes and a back, lats, traps, biceps, calves, sides, lower back workout followed by enough skipping to make me feel ill:<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20131121_zpsc96e0c72.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131121_zpsc96e0c72.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20131121_zpsc96e0c72.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, November 25: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a quicke sprint:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20131125_zps1ca02ea6.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131125_zps1ca02ea6.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20131125_zps1ca02ea6.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, November 26: <\/strong>An uphill treadmill trek with a little\u00a0uphill jogging to get the heart rate up. Mission accomplished:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20131126_zps45a09c5a.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131126_zps45a09c5a.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20131126_zps45a09c5a.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Wednesday, November 27: <\/strong>Legs, sides, and a 1.18 kilometre sprint:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202013\/20131127_zps0bcd372b.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131127_zps0bcd372b.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20131127_zps0bcd372b.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Thursday, November 28:<\/strong> The month ended with a back workout: back, lats, traps, biceps, and lower back.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Friday, November 29:<\/strong> November&#8217;s exercise campaign ended with a treadmill session ahead of a Thanksgiving party full of too much food and sangria:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131129_zpsdc678e60.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0Well, November didn&#8217;t turn out to be such a bad fitness month after all.
