And those are the body parts that need the most work.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Sunday, December 29:<\/strong> Another 50-minute treadmill session in Itewon:<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202013\/20131229_zps6cc1c994.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">That was it for the year.
