I had hoped to stay on the treadmill longer, but the incline malfunctioned and increased despite all my button pushing to the contrary:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/10\/02.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"416\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, October 3:\u00a0<\/strong>A very light chest, shoulders, traps, and triceps workout on account of a healing serratus anterior muscle that is still the cause of discomfort\/pain when I sneeze and cough. I then kept my 20-minute appointment with my favorite treadmill:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/10\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"455\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, October 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Another treadmill session. A weights session was planned, but that plan went out the window.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/10\/04.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"445\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, October 5:<\/strong> Just a 14-minute steep cardio work between commitments:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2016\/10\/05.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"464\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Thursday, October 6:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Nothing to report, but if drinking (which I rarely do) counted as exercise. &#8230; I at least played guitar for a couple of hours, so my fingers, in addition to my throat, got some exercise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Friday, October 7: <\/strong>Nothing to report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Saturday, October 8:\u00a0<\/strong>Nothing to report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Sunday, October 9:<\/strong>\u00a0I almost made it to the gym, but that doesn&#8217;t quite count. Nothing to report yet again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, October 10:<\/strong> Back exercising with a 21-minute better-than-nothing cardio session!
