And wow, the variety of equipment was staggering,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, July 11:<\/strong> Back exercising in Korea after more days of jetlag: legs, legs, legs, sides, lower back, and a 750 meter run on a pair of tired legs<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202014\/20140711_zpsf3a910e5.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202014\/20140711_zpsf3a910e5.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20140711_zpsf3a910e5.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Saturday, July 12: <\/strong>Back, biceps, lats, and traps!<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, July 15: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, calves, and lower back. No cardio because I left my towel at home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, July 16:<\/strong> A seven-kilometre run, my longest in a while:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/s827.photobucket.com\/user\/CaptPorridge2\/media\/Fitness%202014\/20140716_zpsaafb248b.jpg.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202014\/20140716_zpsaafb248b.jpg\" alt=\" photo 20140716_zpsaafb248b.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Thursday, July 17:<\/strong> A solid core workout: sides, abs, planks, and lower back.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Friday, July 18:<\/strong> Just weights after a huge work-related free lunch: back, biceps, traps, and lats.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Saturday, July 19: <\/strong>Huge legs workout followed by the shortest sprint ever on account of that huge legs workout:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202014\/20140719_zpsfe3a2a02.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<strong>Monday, July 21: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, core, and a sprint:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202014\/20140721_zps01ff8136.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Wednesday, July 23: <\/strong>Back, lats, traps, biceps, and calves. A lot more emphasis on upper back (bent over rows) and around 280 calf raises.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Thursday, July 24: <\/strong>Just a legs workout in the afternoon.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Friday, July 25: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, sides, lower back, and two sprints. The second 300 meters that ended at 19.5 kph.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202014\/20140725_zpsda69318e.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, July 26: <\/strong>An unusual workout today &#8211; just calves and traps.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Sunday, July 27: <\/strong>A rare home workout that involved only bicep curls.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, July 28: <\/strong>Back, lats, lower back, and doh &#8211; my old calf injury flared up again. I stopped immediately. Drats.<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202014\/20140728_zps5ac0feaa.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"-1\" vspace=\"0\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Tuesday, July 29: <\/strong>A super chest, shoulders, and triceps workout.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Wednesday, July 30: <\/strong>A 30-minute legs workout that included some skipping.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Thursday, July 31: <\/strong>On the seated exercise bike for the first time (40 minutes) to give my slightly strained calf a rest.
