Surprisingly, I was not sore the next day. I&#8217;ll have to work harder next time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, September 9:<\/strong> A much needed 30-minutes of cardio followed by a chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/09\/02.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"485\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, September 13: <\/strong>A rather lackluster legs workout. Arnold would not have been impressed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, September 27:<\/strong> Back exercising after the craziest of craziest couple of weeks involving cults, sleep deprivation, assaults, and a sore throat. That was the longest stretch without exercise since I began recording my workouts five years ago! Bad Peter. Chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps, and boy did I need that.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, September 29: <\/strong>Back, lats, biceps, and my first cardio workout since September 9:<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/09\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"473\" \/><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">And that was in for the month. What a month that was.
