Due to cultic events beyond control, I almost got out of the habit of exercising. Now that a new month has begun, I&#8217;m extra super dedicated to getting back on track!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, October 2:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and an 11-kilometer sprint session on one of my trusty seated bike machine thingies:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/10\/01.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"456\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, October 4:<\/strong> My typical back workout: back, biceps, lats, and lower back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, October 5:<\/strong> An afternoon cardio workout at the Hamilton Hotel:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/10\/02.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"485\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, October 6:<\/strong> Legs day!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, October 7: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, and triceps. I just can&#8217;t be bothered writing more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, October 8: <\/strong>Cardio on the only machine in my gym with a working incline. Unfortunately the machine is often broken, but today it was working fine:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/10\/03.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, October 11:<\/strong> Back exercising after a couple of days off: back, biceps, lats, sides, and abs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, October 14: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, lower back, and traps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, October 18: <\/strong>Two types of cardio: seated exercise bike thing followed by a short sharp 400 meter sprint cut short by a slight calf twinge. I ended\u00a0with some weights: lats, back, and biceps.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/10\/04.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"486\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Tuesday, October 21:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, lats, lower back and calves. And wow, cat allergies are really killing me this week. I&#8217;m looking after two little biological weapons at present, but don&#8217;t let their cuteness fool you. Looking after them is like looking after a pair of hyperactive leaking mustard gas canisters.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, October 25:<\/strong> Back, biceps, lats, traps, lower back, sides, and abs, and that was my longest weights session in quite a while.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Tuesday, October 28: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps to finish a pretty lackluster month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wednesday, October 1: October began with my first legs and core workout in almost three weeks.
