Not a bad start to the month. (Cumulative Total: 227)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/04.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Friday, May 5: <\/strong>Two treadmill sessions (21 and 16 minutes) with weights between and after: chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 274)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/05.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"441\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Saturday, May 6:\u00a0<\/strong>I still have a niggling sore throat, but it may be because of the pollution rather than a cold. Not good either way I guess. Ended up at the gym in the afternoon for a lighter session: 28 treadmill minutes and weights: sides, abs, lower back, calves, and forearms.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 302)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/06.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Sunday, May 7: <\/strong>Sunday is usually my rest day, but I did not rest this Sunday. Instead, I added another 69 treadmill minutes to this month&#8217;s total.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 371)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/07.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"479\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Monday, May 8: <\/strong>Seventy-two more treadmill minutes.\u00a0\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 443)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/08.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Tuesday, May 9: <\/strong>Thirty-seven treadmill minutes to start. That was followed by some weights: lats, biceps, back, abs, calves, and lower back. I finished with 18 more treadmill minutes.\u00a0\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 498)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/09.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wednesday, May 10: <\/strong>Unplanned rest day. I had intended working out quite late, but a few things came up. I do feel fresher Thursday morning as a result, so it&#8217;s not\u00a0the end of the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Thursday, May 11:<\/strong> Back to work with 94 more minutes added to this month&#8217;s treadmill tally.\u00a0\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 592)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/10.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Friday, May 12:<\/strong>\u00a0Weights: thighs, hamstrings, calves, inner thighs, abs, sides, and lower back. After all that, I added an extra 37 treadmill minutes to this month&#8217;s record-breaking total. (Cumulative Total: 629)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/11.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"444\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Saturday, May 13:<\/strong> Another 54 treadmill minutes in the morning followed by a short chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 683)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/12.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"455\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Sunday, May 14:\u00a0<\/strong>Sixty-five<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>treadmill minutes which hopefully made up for last night&#8217;s pizza, beer, and M&amp;Ms.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 748)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/05\/13.jpg\" width=\"249\" height=\"425\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Monday, May 15:<\/strong> A little weights session: biceps, sides, abs, lower back, lats, back, and calves. Not that intense though as my heart and head just weren&#8217;t totally in the game. I just wasn&#8217;t in the mood. I turned to my trusty treadmill which didn&#8217;t let me down.
