(Cumulative Total: 215)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"479\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, June 6:<\/strong> Legs, core, and another 47 treadmill minutes. (Cumulative Total: 262)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/04.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"470\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, June 7:<\/strong> Just weights tonight: back, lats, biceps, forearms, and calves.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Thursday, June 8: <\/strong>No exercise today. I almost made it to the gym in the morning, but I did some grading instead. The evening was filled with a yummy faculty dinner.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, June 9: <\/strong>Back to work with 110 treadmill minutes. (Cumulative Total: 372)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/05.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"485\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, June 10:<\/strong> Weights after some guitar gear shopping: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and core. Next on the agenda was a 37-minute cardio session. Busy, busy, busy. Plus, I found myself on my favorite treadmill sans water bottle &#8211; long story, so I had to keep things short or die of thirst. Too busy to do more, but I&#8217;m glad I made it to the gym. Must not break the habit.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 460)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/08.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"465\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, June 14:\u00a0<\/strong>Two cardio sessions either side of weights: lats, back, biceps, lower back, and calves.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(Cumulative Total: 504)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/09.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"470\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, June 15: <\/strong>Forty-seven more treadmill minutes.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(Cumulative Total: 551)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/10.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"448\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, June 16:\u00a0<\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and 37 treadmill minutes.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 588)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/11.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, June 17:<\/strong> I don&#8217;t normally include walking in my fitness diaries, but I&#8217;ll make an exception today as according to my iPhone, I walked 20.6 kilometers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, June 18: <\/strong>Fifty-five treadmill minutes at my back-up gym followed by a light core and calves workout.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 643)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/12.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, June 19: <\/strong>No gym, but a decent amount of walking &#8211; some 16 km according to my phone &#8211; sufficed. It&#8217;s nice to take a wee break from the gym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, June 20: <\/strong>Two cardio sessions totaling\u00a057 minutes with a legs and lower back workout in between.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(Cumulative Total: 700)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/13.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"471\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, June 21: <\/strong>Fifty-eight treadmill minutes followed by some sides and ab work. (Cumulative Total: 758)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/14.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"445\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, June 22:\u00a0<\/strong>Another gymless day that included 18.6 kilometers of walking. I&#8217;m having a toenail problem, so I think it&#8217;s best to reduce my treadmill hours as the treadmill and\/or my running shoes are\/is to blame. Alas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, June 23: <\/strong>Weights (legs, core, back, lats, and biceps) and 30 treadmill minutes. I upped the incline and the speed slightly to make up for the shorter treadmill session.\u00a0(Cumulative Total: 788)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/06\/15.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"446\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, June 24: <\/strong>More walking &#8211; 15 kilometers according to my phone &#8211; to make up for another gymless day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, June 25: <\/strong>About 10.5 kilometers of walking on another gymless day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, June 26: <\/strong>Ditto. I miss my gym, but my pesky toenail is appreciating the break.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, June 27: <\/strong>Another walk instead of a gym session. 11.5 kilometers in total for the day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, June 28:<\/strong> Back in the gym for a light chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and core workout which was followed by 17 treadmill minutes that were a little steeper and faster than normal. The shorter session was me not wanting to bother my sore toenail. About 12 kilometers according to my iPhone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, June 30: <\/strong>My last gym session of the month consisted of an intense legs and core workout followed by 19 steep treadmill minutes.
