I wish I had gone to the gym though.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, November 4: <\/strong>Back in the gym, but my workout was shortened by a 30-minute bus wait and was consequently rushed: sides, abs, lower back, lats, back, biceps, forearms, and calves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, November 5: <\/strong>I walked another 10 kilometers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, November 6: <\/strong>Ditto, but I should have gone to the gym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, November 7:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> I caught the bus to work and walked home. A total of 6 kilometers, but that really shouldn&#8217;t count as exercise. Once again, I lacked the energy to go to the gym.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wednesday, November 8: <\/strong>Walked home again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Thursday, November 9: <\/strong>Walked home again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Friday, November 10: <\/strong>Just some walking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, November 11: <\/strong>After walking 8.5 kilometers throughout the day, I finally made it to the gym: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, core, calves, and a 13-minute cardio session.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2017\/11\/01.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"412\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Sunday, November 12 &#8211; Friday, November 17: <\/strong>Just a little walking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Saturday, November 18: <\/strong>Lazy day after my band played till well past 1 am.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, November 19: <\/strong>I walked about 9 kilometers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, November 20: <\/strong>I walked about 9 kilometers again, and I feel a sore throat coming on. Drats.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Tuesday, November 21: <\/strong>I felt a sore throat coming along.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wednesday, November 22: <\/strong>Sick! Straight home after work and straight to bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Thursday, November 23: <\/strong>Feeling a little better. There are some bugs going around, so fingers crossed I just caught a 24-hour bug.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Friday, November 24: <\/strong>Thanksgiving dinner. I ate a lot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Saturday, November 25: <\/strong>Zero<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Sunday, November 26: <\/strong>Zilch<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Monday, November 27: <\/strong>Nothing<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Tuesday, November 28: <\/strong>Walked a little.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Wednesday, November 29: <\/strong>Cleaned my teeth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Thursday, November 30: <\/strong>Well, Pretty much gave up this month. A nagging wee cold, plenty of work, and lots of guitar practise keep me from the gym. I am determined to return in December though. This past month was my most inactive in a decade, and well, I can&#8217;t repeat that. Time to get back into the habit of exercising regularly.
