Yum!<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/03\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"476\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Friday, March 13: <\/strong>Back, lats, biceps, calves, sides, abs, and\u00a0lower back.\u00a0\u00a0A nice healthty start to what will hopefully be a nice healthy weekend.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, March 14:<\/strong> Cardio. Just legs.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Monday, March 16:<\/strong> Massive late-night chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and forearms workout. I can hardly climb into bed&#8230;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Wednesday, March 18:<\/strong> Just a late night (10 pmish) cardio session:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/03\/05.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Thursday, March 19:<\/strong> Forearms, abs, lower abs, sides,\u00a0 calves, plus a\u00a0 cardio session to finish:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/03\/06.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"449\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Friday, March 20:<\/strong> Just legs sans calves. I wasn&#8217;t due for a legs workout, but the urge to do leg extensions overtook me, and since they&#8217;re my weakest body part (I&#8217;m cursed with skinny legs), I didn&#8217;t resist.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, March 21: <\/strong>This is officially my first post since moving my blog to WordPress. For some\u00a0inexplicable\u00a0reason, I wasn&#8217;t sore the next day.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Saturday, March 28:\u00a0<\/strong>An evening workout after a nice nap in my office listening to sweet piano music by John Williams, Bear McCreary, Basil Poledouris, Alexandre Desplat, and James Horner. Back to my exercise: abs, sides, lower abs, lower back, thighs, hamstrings, calves, and a 13-minute steep cardio session:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/03\/10.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"403\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Tuesday, March 31: <\/strong>I ended the month with an intense chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout. I was inspired by this Arnold video.
