Back, lats, biceps, forearms, calves, lower back, and a cardio session:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/08.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"426\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202015\/20150111_zpse1aef6fb.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, January 12:<\/strong> Lightning fast chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout after work with the workout gloves Ian gave me. No time to waste as I have a flight to catch first thing in the morning and a party to go to tonight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, January 15 (In Australia!):<\/strong> Back, lats, biceps, calves, forearms, a cardio session,\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong> a light 200 meter swim to end the session. That was my first swim in since moving to Seoul two years ago! That really helped to get rid of lingering tiredness and exerciseless cobwebs courtesy of my long flight from Korea with its 8-hour stopover in Kuala Lumpur:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/09.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"445\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Friday, January 16:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, thighs, and hamstrings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, January 17:<\/strong> Sides, lower abs (a little), forearms, calves, and a cardio session:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/10.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"457\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202015\/20150117_zps4ec8e85c.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, January 18:<\/strong> Back, lats, lower back, biceps, abs. thighs, more abs and lower back, and somewhere in the middle, a 23-minute cardio trek:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/11.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"416\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202015\/20150118_zps48cd120e.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, January 19:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, calves, forearms, and a quick sprint&#8230; for Mum&#8217;s birthday:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/12.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"497\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202015\/20150119_zps2cb605d6.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, January 20:<\/strong> An unusual workout today to end six straight days of exercise: traps, sides, lower back, lower abs, hamstrings, and an 18-minute cardio session:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/13.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"456\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202015\/20150120_zps10f2c295.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, January 24: <\/strong>Back, biceps, lats, inner forearms (whatever those muscles are\u00a0called), lower back (nothing too strenuous), and another cardio session.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2015\/01\/14.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"420\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i827.photobucket.com\/albums\/zz192\/CaptPorridge2\/Fitness%202015\/20150124_zps48f16ece.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, January 25:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, calves, thighs, and hamstrings. Big workout just before my flight to Merimbula to catch up with Damian.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, January 28: <\/strong>Back, biceps, lats, and forearms. That doesn&#8217;t sound like much, but I did a lot of sets and added some variety to those numerous sets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday, January 29:<\/strong> Chest, shoulders, triceps, calves, thighs, and hamstrings. And that was it for January.
