{"id":62,"date":"2014-12-31T09:31:19","date_gmt":"2014-12-31T00:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/home\/?p=62"},"modified":"2019-09-22T18:57:20","modified_gmt":"2019-09-22T09:57:20","slug":"december-2014-fitness-diary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peterdaley.net\/home\/december-2014-fitness-diary\/","title":{"rendered":"December 2014 Fitness Diary!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Saturday, December 6:<\/strong> Oops, after not exercising since the last day of November, I finally returned to the gym to start December&#8217;s fitness campaign\u00a0with a solid back, lower back, biceps, traps, lats, and forearms workout that will hopefully reignite my desire to exercise most days&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, December 7:<\/strong> A long cold 3.5-hour wander around Seoul listening to selections from Howard Shore&#8217;s first two <em>Hobbit<\/em> scores:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/12\/01.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"489\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Monday, December 8:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> Chest, shoulders, triceps, hamstrings, and\u00a0a light traps workout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, December 10:<\/strong> Legs, sides, and forearms ahead of a huge Secret Santa Party feast of hamburgers, hot dogs, and Canadian poutine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, December 12:<\/strong> Back, lower back, lats, traps, inner forearms, and calves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, December 13: <\/strong>A much-needed double cardio session: 43 seated exercise bike thing minutes followed by a short fastish 400 meter\u00a0run:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/12\/02.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"513\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, December 15: <\/strong>Another short sharp chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and outer forearms workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, December 19:<\/strong> A very light legs workout.
