I&#8217;m still suffering from that cat allergy. That&#8217;s the first time I&#8217;ve had an asthma attack from exercise in a couple of decades! Bad kitties!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/11\/01.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"481\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Monday, November 10: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a cardio and skipping session:<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/11\/02.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"472\" \/><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Saturday, November 15: <\/strong>A light legs workout followed by back, lats, and bicep. And that left me utterly exhausted having not quite gotten over last week&#8217;s cold.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Monday, November 17: <\/strong>I felt better today and made it to the gym for a solid chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, November 19: <\/strong>Back to full strength.. maybe? An intense workout: legs, sides, lower back, forearms, and a short run. I&#8217;ve lost some cardio fitness, but it was good to sweat again:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/11\/03.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"476\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\u00a0<strong>Friday, November 21: <\/strong>A quick back, lats, traps, biceps, and forearms. I&#8217;m back playing guitar more these days, so hopefully extra forearm workouts will help diminish that pesky RSI.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Saturday, November 22: <\/strong>Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, a 1-kilometer run, and some skipping. Skipping, I need to do more skipping.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2014\/11\/04.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"459\" \/><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\"><strong>Tuesday, November 25: <\/strong>Legs and abs ahead of the latest Walking Dead.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Thursday, November 27: <\/strong>Back, biceps, lats, traps, calves, and forearms despite a very stiff neck. A flare-up of an old injury. No idea how that happened. I certainly didn&#8217;t notice hurting it again.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Friday, November 28: <\/strong>A short (but intense) chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and sides workout ahead of a massive Thanksgiving dinner.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Sunday, November 30:<\/strong> I forgot this entry at the time, and now in 2019 I&#8217;m kind of correcting that.
