I also had a green tea latte last night after an 80-minute workout.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/132.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"190\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday\/Sunday (August 1 &amp; 2): <\/strong>My next fast was a little longer but it ended with a wee too much food that left me feeling uncomfortably too full for uncomfortably too long.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/133.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"194\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday\/Monday (August 2 &amp; 3): <\/strong>Feeling full from that meal made my next fast easier and I broke it with a smallish banana smoothie just before 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/134.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"186\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday\/Tuesday (August 3 &amp; 4): <\/strong>A proper breakfast followed soon after &#8211; just as my first MacBook died. A green tea late followed later in the afternoon as I set up my second MacBook. I cancelled the fast after another evening weights session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday\/Wednesday (August 4 &amp; 5):\u00a0 <\/strong>I started my fast at 2:35 p.m. after a post lunch latte and a slice of cheesecake. Another gym session is planned, but I&#8217;ll try harder to not break my fast tonight. I walked 12 km instead and kind of broke my fast with a light protein shake &#8211; sans banana for a change.\u00a0 I had a latte soon after 10 a.m. and I decided that was officially the end of this fast &#8211; if that&#8217;s the right word.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday\/Thursday (August 5 &amp; 6): <\/strong>The fasting clock started at 3:17 p.m. and I&#8217;m determined to make this a clean one. That didn&#8217;t happen, again. I restarted the fasting clock at 6:42 p.m. after a hot chocolate as I killed some time before a gym session. The gym session was an intense one, so I ended the day with a protein shake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday\/Friday (August 6 &amp; 7): <\/strong>A latte in the morning was followed by Thai food for lunch. A protein shake followed at around 5 p.m. The fasting clock started, but I had a green tea latte just before 11 p.m. after a 65-minute workout.\u00a0 A morning latte officially ended the fast after 18 hours and 26 minutes. Food did not pass my lips until 75 minutes later.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/135.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday\/Saturday (August 7 &amp; 8): <\/strong>The fasting clock started after lunch at 1:42 p.m., and I will try make this fast a long and clean on. Walking 19 km\/27,800 steps led me to ignore my fasting plans. Just after 11:30 p.m., I had a Kit-Kat and a banana\/protein smoothie. Another cancelled fast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday\/Sunday (August 8 &amp; 9): <\/strong>I finshed the day&#8217;s calories with a late night protein smoothie which I finished sat 10:24 p.m. I can safely say I ate too much today. However, a lazy rainy day on Sunday made fasting easier, and I didn&#8217;t leave my apartment until after 6 p.m. Not many calories were burned throughout the course of this 20:16\u00a0 fast, but it was at least a clean one.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/136.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"187\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday\/Monday (August 9 &amp; 10): <\/strong>I forgot to start the fasting clock, but I know it started around 7:30 p.m., so I&#8217;ll go with that. I broke my fast after 16 hours and 38 minutes with a latte and a cookie, and it was another clean fast.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/137.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"177\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday\/Tuesday (August 10 &amp; 11): <\/strong>Another fast was cancelled after a late night workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday\/Wednesday (August 11 &amp; 12):<\/strong> I had brunch just after 11 and then a little later. a green tea latte and some yoghurt and berries. The fasting clock started at 2:20 p.m. Then I took a wee break both from fasting and Seoul&#8217;s rainy weather.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday\/Sunday (August 15 &amp; 16): <\/strong>Back to Seoul and back fasting from 7:03 p.m. I had a latte at the 16:15 mark, so I&#8217;ll consider this a dirty fast and I&#8217;ll try go longer without eating.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/138.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"184\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday\/Monday (August 16 &amp; 17): <\/strong>Sunday me visiting a local emergency ward for an infected elbow, With drugs prescribed three times a day with meals, I&#8217;m taking another break from fasting while this clears up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday\/Sunday (August 22 &amp; 23):<\/strong> A return to fasting with a short 16-hour fast. Baby steps! The fast was broken with a light smoothie by the way.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/139.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"189\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday\/Monday (August 23 &amp; 24): <\/strong>The fasting clock started at 4:07 and was broken 17 hours and 12 minutes later with a banana\/protein smoothie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/peterdaley.net\/images\/fitness\/2020fasting\/140.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"193\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday\/Thursday (August 26 &amp; 27): <\/strong>After another wee break in which I didn&#8217;t overeat, I returned to fasting with an 18-hour (almost) fast.
