June 2025 Fitness Diary!

Sunday, June 1: An evening gym session to start what will hopefully be a more active month: chest, shoulders, triceps, calves, a dead hang, a plank, hamstrings, and inner thigh things (W1). And my steps for the day: 13.356 steps/10.5 km.

Monday, June 2: Just some walking: 7,444 steps/5.36 km.

Tuesday, June 3: More of the same, but more than yesterday: 15,243 steps/11.1 km.

Wednesday June 4: A very lazy day exercise wise, but a productive day work wise, and that is more important this week. My steps for the day: 5,774/4.08 km.

Thursday, June 5: Just some walkin ahead of my second last night class of the semester: 14,780 steps/10.7 km.

Friday, June 6: Just a lot of walking instead of a gym session: 22,214 steps/16.9 km.

Saturday, June 7: Back in the gym after a hectic few days gearing up for the end of the semester: back, lats, traps, biceps, lower back, calves, leg extensions, glutes, a dead hang, and hamstrings (W2). My steps for the day: 12,898/9.92 km.

Sunday, June 8: A cardio and gym session. The cardio lasted for 30 minutes/7.25 km (C1), and the weights: chest, shoulders, and triceps (W3). And my steps for the day: 15,501/11.5 km.

Monday, June 9: Just some walking as I wrapped up a lot of outstanding work – well done, me! 8,447 steps/6.32 km.

Tuesday, June 10: I ended the day with an evening weights session: back, lats, traps, biceps, forearms, a dead hang, calves, lower back, and sides (W3). And my steps for the day: 18,625/13.8 km.

Wednesday, June 11: Just some walking as grading of final presentations begins: 11,887/9.09 km.

Thursday, June 12: As above: 14,332 steps/10.07 km.

Friday, June 13: Ditto: 11,536 steps/9.05 km.

Saturday, June 14: As above, but some in the city of Andong, and I really need to get back in the gym: 18,329 steps/13.4 km

Sunday, June 15: More walking, both in Andong and Seoul: 9,343 steps/6.97 km.

Monday, June 16: As above, except for the Andong part: 13,084 steps/10 km.

Tuesday, June 17: Back in the gym for a morning cardio session: 31 minutes/7.13 km (C2). And then an evening all-body workout, except for forearms (W4). And also a lot of walking: 20,144 steps/14.4 km.

Wednesday, June 18: Another full body workout (W5), and I think these might become my new normal. And my steps for the day: 14,619/11.2 km.

Thursday, June 19: Just some walking as my last classes finished their presentations: 12,438/9.4 km.

Friday, June 20: Some more walking again: 14,737 steps/11.2 km.

Saturday, June 21: Another full-body workout except forearms (W6), and that was quite exhausting. I felt great after that and pretty worn out. I don’t really take rests, so it’s a pretty consistent hour of weights. And my steps for the day: 14,060/10.6 km.

Sunday, June 22: Just some walking: 12,051 steps/9.29 km.

Monday, June 23: A lot of walking again: 22,474 steps/17 km.

Tuesday, June 24:  Just some walking: 8,448 steps/6.2 km.

Wednesday, June 25: Back in the gym, but I was too tired for a full-body workout: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, calves, a dead hang, and core (W7). And my steps for the day: My steps for the day: 13,056/9.55 km.

Thursday, June 26: Just some walking: 5,679 steps/4.25 km.

Friday, June 27: Just some walking again: 10,736 steps/7.85 km.

Saturday, June 28: Back in the gym for an almost full-body workout: Everything except chest, shoulders, and triceps – but I did a couple of sets of shoulder presses (W8). My steps for the day: 17,012/12.7 km.

Sunday, June 29: A lot of walking and, quite frankly, a lot of time wasted as a result: 25,316 steps/18.6 km.

Monday, June 30: A last gym session for the so-so month of June: chest, shoulders, two dead hangs, traps, lower back, sides, and calves (W9). And my steps for the day: 12,533/9.4 km.
