Saturday, Nov. 1: The month began well with a weights session: leg extensions, hamstrings, glutes, calves, chest, shoulders, tricepe (W1). And my steps for the day: 19,589/14 km.
Sunday, Nov. 2: The month continues to begin well with a brief weights session at night: back, lats, and biceps (W2). And my steps for the day: 13,096/9.55 km.
Monday, Nov. 3: Just some walking: 17,095 steps/12.6 km.
Tuesday, Nov. 4: An evening weights session: shoulders, chest, leg extensions, hamstrings, traps, and calves (W3). And my steps for the day: 13,169/9.64 km.
Wednesday, Nov. 5: Just some walking: 15.415 steps/11.3 km.
Thursday, Nov. 6: More walking on my longest teaching day of the week: 10,009/7.36 km.
Friday, Nov. 7: More walking and unfortunately no gym session: 18,266 steps/13.4 km.
Saturday, Nov. 8: My first home cardio in a while happened while watching It: Chapter 2 – 14 minutes (C1). And my steps for the day: 7,441/5.8 km.
Sunday, Nov. 9: Another gymless day. My steps for the day: 14,659/10.9 km.
Monday, Nov. 10: More walking before and after class as I try to get into the habit of walking to work each day I teach: 16,812 steps/12 km.
Tuesday, Nov. 11: I really should have gone to the gym today, but alas. My steps for the day: 15,344/11.2 km.
Wednesday, Nov. 12: I finally returned to the gym for the session I should have had last Friday: back, lats, lower back, traps, biceps, triceps, calves, leg extensions, hamstrings, and glutes (W4). And my steps for the day: 19,032/13.3 km.
I maintained my average number of steps most days, but due to a bit of a niggling cold, my two extra classes, and well just some laziness I suppose, I didn’t return to the gym until:
Wednesday, November 26: A short workout, but welcome one: back, lats, biceps, leg presses, hamstrings, and very light chest and shoulders (W5). And my steps: 13,260/9.34 km.
And that was it for the month. This teaching two extra classes is rough, but I’m keeping on top of things at work if not in the gym. And the exercise slump would continue.
