I’ve been making myself banana smoothies for breakfast of late, and I believe my recipe is good enough to share with the world so that all may enjoy.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 banana, 1 kiwi (or strawberry) “slimmy” yogurt, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate (for big muscles), some low-fat milk, and a dash of cinnamon. Blend, consume, and enjoy! Yum!
