Sunday, November 1: A short cardio session to kick off the month of November:
Monday, November 2: A wee legs session in the evening.
Wednesday, November 4: Cardio again, this time with more speed and intensity:
Sunday, November 8: Another cardio session:
Thursday, November 12: Back in the gym for another cardio workout after a wee naughty break:
Friday, November 13: A pretty heft weights session ahead of another performance with my trusty band: back, lats, biceps, calves, and lower back.
Saturday, November 14: Another 20ish-minute cardio session. Not a marathon by any stretch of the imagination, but it got my heart rate up:
Sunday, November 15: Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, sides, and lower back!
Monday, November 16: A short sharp sprint after an evening office nap:
Friday, November 20: Super intense medical check-up. I need to lose 10 kg. And by golly I will!
Saturday, November 21: A long over due weights session: back, biceps, lats, calves, sides, lower abs (a little), lower back, and a spot of calves.
Sunday, November 22: Thirty minutes of cardio after a most productive day spent almost entirely in my office:
Thursday, November 26: A rare early morning cardio session after cabbing it to work to drop off the rest of the music gear for tonight’s Thanksgiving dinner performance!
Friday, November 27: Weights: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, lower back and calves. Plus, I walked to and from work.
Saturday, November 28: Cardio plus plenty of walking to and from work again:
