Monday, September 1: Just some walking to begin the month of September and the new semester: 16,520/12.3 km.
Tuesday, September 2: A gym session before my wonderful Tuesday starting work time of 3 PM: Cardio was first: 31 minutes/7.46 km (C1). And that was followed by an all-round upper body workout:chest, shoulders, traps, triceps, lats, back, biceps, calves, sides, lower abs, and forearms (W1). And my steps for the day: 16,460/12.3 km.
Wednesday, September 3: Just some walking again: 13,619 steps/10.1 km.
Thursday, September 4: Another gym session to a lovely work schedule with its 3 PM start: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, lats, back, biceps, sides, lower back, calves, lower abs, a few short dead hangs, and hamstrings (W2). And my steps for the day: 17,633/12.9 km.
Friday, September 5: A late night gym session focused on some muscles I didn’t work yesterday: leg extensions, glutes, calves, and core (W3). And my steps for the day: 14,085/19.8 km.
Saturday, September 6: A cardio session: 33 minutes/7.56 km (C2), and a dead hang, and my steps for the day: 12,598/9.65 km.
Sunday, September 7: A decent mostly full body workout in the evening (W4). Every body part except thighs and glutes, which I’m, saving for tomorrow or Tuesday. My steps for the day: 11,848/9.03 km.
Monday, September 8: Ok, Mondays are kind of tough with homework to check and three classes back to back to teach. So just some walking, most of it after an amazing dream-filled evening nap: 11,063 steps/8.51 km.
Tuesday, September 9: Too busy for anything else, that’s what I keep telling myself: 14,648 steps/11.2 km.
Wedenesday, September 10: More walking: 11,820 steps/ 8.59 km.
Thursday, September 11: More of the same: 15,501 steps/11.6 km.
Friday, September 12: I really should have gone to the gym, but instead: 15,219 steps/11.4 km.
Saturday, September 13: An upper body workout (W5). And my steps: 12,215/9.15 km.
Sunday, September 14: Legs and a little core (W6). And my daily steps: 13,604/10.01 km.
Monday, September 15: Quite a lot of walking despite three classes and checking quite a lot of homework tasks: 17,552/12.7 km.
Tuesday, September 16: More walking and more difficulties getting back to my gym: 16,053/11.8 km.
Wednesday, September 17: A little less walking and still no gym: 10,917 steps/8.06 km.
Thursday, September 18: A morning walk helped to boost my daily step count: 17,730 steps/13.2 km.
Friday, September 19: A gym session, which is all too rare these days: upper body and some calves (W7), and my steps for the day: 12,541/9.41 km.
Saturday, September 20: A short legs workout that included a short dead hang (W8). Too many shorts in that sentence, but at least I made it to the gym. And my steps for the day were. lot fewer than usual: 6,153/4.59 km.
Sunday, September 21: Quite a lot of walking: 20,159 steps/14.9 km.
Monday, September 22: More walking than yesterday: 22,004/16 km.
Tuesday, September 23: A little walking: 7,912 steps/5.74 km.
Wednesday, September 24: As above, and I think I feel a cold coming on: 5.939 steps/4.2 km.
Thursday, September 25: As above, and I certainly have a cold, but it’s not too bad: 10,889 steps/7.91 km.
Friday, September 26: A little closer to my usual amount of walking: 12,507 steps/9.41 km.
Saturday, September 27: Just some walking as usual: 12,304 steps/9.2 km.
Sunday, September 28: Back in the gym, finally. – again, and hopefully, this will kickstart my weight training habit/hobby: chest, shoudlers, triceps, biceps, traps, lat, back, calves, and hamstrings (W9). And my steps for the day: 13,722/10.1 km.
Monday, September 29: More walking: 14,654 steps/10.9 km.
Tuesday, September 30: One last gym session to end a pretty lackluster month: leg extensions, hamstring curls, calves, and glutes (W10), and my final September 2025 steps: 14,495/10.6 km.
