Saturday, November 1: Just a light legs workout to start what will hopefully be a month full of exercise.
Monday, November 3: Back, biceps, lats, traps, and lower back.
Tuesday, November 4: Abs, sides, lower abs, and an asthma-inducing short sprint. I’m still suffering from that cat allergy. That’s the first time I’ve had an asthma attack from exercise in a couple of decades! Bad kitties!
Monday, November 17: I felt better today and made it to the gym for a solid chest, shoulders, triceps, and traps workout.
Wednesday, November 19: Back to full strength.. maybe? An intense workout: legs, sides, lower back, forearms, and a short run. I’ve lost some cardio fitness, but it was good to sweat again:
Saturday, November 22: Chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, a 1-kilometer run, and some skipping. Skipping, I need to do more skipping.
Thursday, November 27: Back, biceps, lats, traps, calves, and forearms despite a very stiff neck. A flare-up of an old injury. No idea how that happened. I certainly didn’t notice hurting it again.
Friday, November 28: A short (but intense) chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and sides workout ahead of a massive Thanksgiving dinner.
Sunday, November 30: I forgot this entry at the time, and now in 2019 I’m kind of correcting that. All I know is that I did some cardio.
