July 2013 Fitness Diary!

Monday, July 1: July started well fitness wise with a massive chest, shoulders, triceps, calves, and sides weights session. I really am getting stronger and stonger and stronger.

Wednesday, July 3: Legs and abs today. Lots of sets of leg extensions with little rest between sets. About time I worked my skinny legs harder.

Thursday, July 4: A lightening fast 2 kilometer spring to mark the 4th of July. Shorter faster cardio workouts are the plan for the immediate future:

Friday, July 5: My usual back workout: back, traps, lats, and biceps.

Monday, July 8: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a 1.5 kilometre sprint:

Thursday, July 11: Legs, lower back, sides, and a 1 kilometer sprint on jelly legs:

Saturday, July 13: Back, biceps, traps, lats, abs, and 2 sprints (1.2 kilometers and 500 meteres)! I set a new landspeed record (17.8 kph) with that second run:

Sunday, July 14: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a 1.2 kilometer sprint. Is sprint the right word? Argh, it’ll do.

Tuesday, July 16: Legs and abs!

Wednesday, July 17: Sides, lower back, and a 1.2 kilometer sprint:

Thursday, July 18: Back, traps, lats, biceps, and calves. Yes I know I’m a lazy writer.

Friday, July 19: Chest, shoulders, triceps, abs, and another 1.2 kilometer sprint:

Monday, July 22: Just legs, legs, and more legs.

Tuesday, July 23: Back, biceps, traps, lats, forearms, and slightly longer sprint (1.5 kilometres):

Wednesday, July 24: Massive chest, shoulders, triceps, and lowerback workout. My back will be super sore tomorrow!
