May 2016 Fitness Diary!

Sunday, May 1: A cardio session to start the month:

Tuesday, May 2: Weights today: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, and abs.

Thursday, May 5: Huge weights session today instead of a planned cardio session because I left my headphones at home. I can lift weights without my favorite music, but I can’t do cardio. Hamstrings, calves, biceps, lower abs, abs, sides, lower back, lats, and upper back.

Friday, May 6: Longest cardio session of the year!

Saturday, May 7: Weights in the afternoon: chest, shoulders, triceps, thighs, calves, sides, lower abs, abs, lower back, and forearms.

Tuesday, May 10: Longest cardio of the year (again):

Friday, May 13: A shorter cardio session:

Wednesday, May 19: A shorter cardio session due to less evening free time because of an unexpected cult development. The story of my life:

Sunday, May 22: 44-minute cardio session instead of the planned weights session:

Monday, May 23: A weights session in the evening: back, lats, biceps, calves, sides, abs, lower abs, and lower back. Can I make it three days in a row?

Wednesday, May 25:

Saturday, May 28: Just cardio, I think. I neglected to make an entry on the day and in the year.

Monday, May 30: A weights session to end the month: chest, shoulders, triceps, traps, thighs, hamstrings, and calves.
