Tuesday, October 2: A chest, shoulders, triceps, and legs workout at an alternate gym because Keimyung’s gym is illegally closed today despite it not being a public holiday. Bad gym!
Thursday, October 4: Another 25-minute lightning-fast lunchtime workout: back, biceps, traps, lats, legs, and calves.
Monday October 7: A 1.3 kilometre swim. I like swimming.
Monday, October 8: 50 cross-trainer minutes followed by a legs workout:
Tuesday, October 9: Chest, shoulders, and triceps followed by a lightning-fast 2 kilometer sprint in my favorite hat:
Thursday, October 11: A short intense back, biceps, lats, traps, lower back,and thighs (leg extensions) workout. They’re my favorite.
Friday, October 12: 55 cross-trainer minutes followed by an agonizing hamstrings and calves workout which left them sore for two whole days!
Monday, October 15: Chest, shoulder, triceps and 30 cross-trainer minutes all completed before 8:10 a.m. in the morning!
Tuesday, October 16: A birthday back, biceps, lats, and traps workout followed by another 30-minute cross-trainer session:
Wednesday, October 17: A 15-minute abs and core session during my lunchbreak and then after work, drum roll please, cardio workout number 500! 3 kilometers in 16 minutes (treadmill):
Saturday, October 20: Back on the cross-trainer today for a 35-minute Red Dwarf session. And that was followed by a pretty decent legs workout:
Sunday, October 21: A nice leisurely 1.1 kilometer swim. I like swimming.
Thursday, October 25: Oops a busy week to date resulted in no exercise until Thursday morning. Oach! Another 35-minute cross-trainer session followed by chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Saturday, October 27: A 40-minute cross-trainer workout followed or preceeded by (I don’t remember which and does it really matter?) a back, biceps, traps, lats, and legs workout:
Sunday, October 28: My regular Sunday swim. I like swimming!
Monday, October 29: Abs, chest, shoulders, triceps, and a 2-kilometer sprint which hurt more than it should have:
