February 2013 Fitness Diary!

Saturday, Feb. 2: A quick chest, shoulders, and triceps workout to start the month’s exercise.

Sunday, Feb. 3: Back, biceps, lat, traps, calves, and an uphill treadmill session:

Monday, Feb. 4: Legs, sides, lower back, and a 1.5 km sprint before work:

Saturday, Feb. 9: Returned to the gym less than 24 hours after my first ever colonoscopy examination for a chest, shoulders, triceps, and steep treadmill session:

Tuesday, Feb. 12: Early morning treadmill session accompanied by part 2 of the Battlestar Galactica season 3 opener:

Wednesday, Feb. 13: Legs and a 2.2 km sprint after my last full day of work at Keimyung. Hectic days!

Thursday, Feb. 14: To the gym in the evening for a back, biceps, traps, and lats workout.

Friday, Feb. 15: Final Daegu workout after my final afternoon at Keimyung! Chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Sunday, Feb. 17: My first Seoul workout took place at the Hamilton Hotel: legs and abs.

Tuesday, Feb. 19: My first back, biceps, lats, traps, lower back, calves, and a 5 km treadmill session:

Thursday, Feb. 21: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and uphill treadmill session. I fell over late in the evening and bruised my ribs, an injury that hindered my weights workout for about ten days. TT.

 Saturday, Feb. 23: Treadmill session cut short because I forgot all about my appointment to meet a certain ex-cult member from a certain cult (Shinchonji).

Sunday, Feb. 24: A quick legs workout at the Hamilton Hotel.

Monday, Feb. 25: A cautious and reduced back workout due to my poor bruised ribs: lats, biceps, and calves.

Wednesday, Feb. 27: Chest, shoulders, triceps, and a 40-minute treadmill session:
